Learn more about itTHE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a Partner Experience Quality Analyst to our Partner Quality Team - Content team in São Paulo!The Partner Quality Team is dedicated to optimizing partner content and enhancing both user and partner experiences on our platform. The team follows structured processes and guidelines to improve written information, photos, and feature accessibility within the app. Additionally, the team works on refining internal processes, including user review analysis and partner categorization, to elevate the overall user journey through Wellhub's partners.YOUR IMPACT
- Conduct comprehensive audits of partner profiles (e.g., photos, descriptions, amenities) to ensure compliance with platform standards and deliver a consistent user experience.
- Identify and escalate issues or discrepancies related to partner content, ensuring quick resolution and alignment with quality benchmarks.
- Occasionally engaging with international stakeholders to ensure clear communication, foster collaboration across regions, and strengthen cross-cultural partnerships.
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and proactively surface insights to leadership, identifying best-performing regions and areas requiring improvement.
- Support and execute continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes across regions for content quality assurance and user reviews.
- Build and maintain tools such as the CRM and other commercial management platforms to streamline operations and foster structured, efficient workflows.
- Develop and implement controls, analysis, and reports to improve team efficiency and scalability.

- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and Portuguese (written and spoken), as the role involves working with international stakeholders; fluency in other languages such as Spanish, Italian, German, or French is a plus.
- Quantitative Skills: Demonstrated experience in building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses.
- Proactiveness: Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, mobilizing resources, and delivering results in challenging situations.
- Team Player: Strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse teams across functions, backgrounds, and working styles.
- Curiosity: A keen interest in learning new skills, exploring new projects, and contributing beyond your core responsibilities.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
