Supervise engineering teams, including staffing, work assignments, and performance reviews. Coordinate with intercompany and local partners for production and testing. Advanced English proficiency - ability to communicate effectively and produce technical documentation. Proficiency in CAD/SolidWorks software and engineering documentation. Experience with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) / DFA (Design for Assembly) principles and tools. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills. Knowledge of electrical standards and regulatory compliance, including NEMA, IEC, UL, NOM, and LATAM-specific regulations and certifications (e.g., RETIE). Experience in laboratory testing aligned with the above standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
