- Participate in concept selection, FEED, detailed design, and execution of offshore brownfield and debottlenecking projects.
- Translate engineering deliverables into practical offshore scopes – including input to workpacks, commissioning procedures, and offshore execution plans.
- Provide process input to procurement (e.g., equipment specs, datasheets, technical bid evaluations).
- Support on-site execution: pre-start-up checks, SATs, commissioning, troubleshooting.
- Collaborate closely with construction, operations, HSE, and marine teams for offshore readiness.
- Review and approve process input for MOCs related to plant modifications, safety improvements, or debottlenecking.
- Perform or validate process simulations, hydraulic calculations, and line sizing for modifications.
- Provide technical support during production upsets, shutdowns, and restarts.
- Ensure lessons learned from offshore activities are fed back into design and operations.
- BSc or MSc in Chemical / Process Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5–6 years’ experience in oil & gas, ideally with offshore brownfield or FPSO background.
- Strong understanding of oil, gas, and water processing systems (separation, gas compression, water treatment, utilities).
- Experience with process simulation tools (e.g., HYSYS, UniSim), PFD/P&ID development, and safety studies (HAZOP, SIL).
- Familiarity with international standards (API, ASME, IEC) and E&P company practices.
- MS Office package (mandatory)
- Power BI (desirable)
