- Zendesk Administrator experience of Zendesk or other ticketing platform
- Zendesk Administrator Certification or Admin certification in other ticketing platforms
- Excel at leading and motivating diverse teams while managing stakeholder relationships.
- Are proficient with project management tools like Jira or Monday.com.
- Have proven experience creating product strategies that drive customer satisfaction and market success.
- Possess strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
- Understand regulatory requirements and quality standards.
