The company, based in Japan, is known for producing high-performance tires for passenger cars, trucks and buses, as well as specialized tires for agricultural, construction and industrial sectors.Yokohama Rubber Latin America distributes and sells such products in Latin America, offering mobility solutions and high quality products, with a focus on innovation, safety and sustainability.The company is looking for a Sales Coordinatior who will provide operational support to Yokohama distributors throughout Latin America, as well as monitor sales performances.
Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduct pricing studies, support price negotiations, and coordinate commercial conditions per country.
Receive and follow up on orders placed by distributors, ensuring timely internal coordination and fulfillment.
Monitor the sales performance of each distributor, ensuring alignment with monthly and annual sales targets (sell-in and sell-out).
Manage and optimize the product portfolio sold by each distributor, aligning with market needs and brand positioning.
Share YLA's sales and marketing initiatives with distributors and ensure proper execution at the local level.
Support the development of sales and marketing plans tailored to each national market.
Assist in monitoring and supporting the performance of tire dealers within each Latin American country.
Collect and consolidate sales data from distributors to analyze overall sales trends and distributor performance.
Gather and interpret market data, including overall industry sales, competitors' activities, and pricing.
Conduct commercial analysis using BI tools to support sales planning and decision-making and monitor action plans to enhance Yokohama's commercial effectiveness across Latin America.
Collaborate on the development and preparation of sales promotional tools and marketing materials.Requisitos:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Fluent in English. Open and able to develop Spanish language skills.
Previous experience in commercial back-office support roles, preferably within the auto parts manufacturers or industrial goods sectors, with proven experience in managing relationships with distributors (mandatory).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and a user of ERP systems.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in multicultural environments.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Driver's license and avaliability for domestic and international travel are required.
