Aplicar regras e procedimentos que visam proporcionar uma força de trabalho qualificada e eficiente para a empresa.Áreas-chave de Responsabilidade
  • Ajudar na criação de cards de comunicação interna.
  • Ajudar na gestão de benefícios.
  • Agendar salas, preparar materiais e confirmar presenças para garantir a execução eficiente das sessões de treinamento e a recepção dos participantes.
  • Ajudar em atividades generalistas de RH.
  • Coletar e analisar feedbacks sobre comunicações internas, sugerindo melhorias.
  • Auxiliar na organização de eventos internos, garantindo uma comunicação clara antes, durante e após os eventos.
Requisitos:
  • Ter entre 17 e 22 anos;
  • Ensino Médio em andamento ou concluído;
  • Estar em regularidade com o serviço militar obrigatório;
  • Residir em Porto Alegre, com disponibilidade para atuação híbrida no escritório da empresa, e para aula teórica semanal presencial na Espro;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar das 13h às 17h ou das 10h às 14h, de segunda a sexta (carga horária de 4h diária);
  • Não ter atuado por mais de 6 meses como Jovem Aprendiz em outra organização.
