- Define and own BR promotional events working backwards timelines, aligning with partner teams
- Prepare and partner with multiple workstreams to deliver Brazil promotional events, setting the pace and raising the bar in customer experience
- Lead BR promotional events planning, preparation and execution, engaging with work streams to report preparation status, flag risks and partner towards path to green
- Track learnings and lead improvements roadmap, owning promotional Events Playbook and advising best practices to seasonal, gifting, community and category events
- Contributes to promotional events strategy definition and planningBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Speak, write, and read fluently in EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
