Senior Data Science

• You will be part of a dynamic team building an AI-powered analytics and data platform to help reduce the carbon footprint of industrial manufacturing.
• Your work will focus on our back-end data pipeline and analytics stack, and you will be responsible for building a range of features and data services, from exploratory prototypes to robust, hardened production implementations.
• If you enjoy working with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment this opportunity is for you! Expectations - the experience you need 7+ years of experience in data science, applied analytics, or adjacent roles.
• Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Computational Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Proven ability to work across unfamiliar data domains and quickly build understanding.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing data (energy, process, or climate-related) is a plus.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience writing production-quality code.
• Proven data analysis and statistics foundationable to recognize what makes a good analysis even if the AI is doing the heavy lifting.
• Experience designing dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights effectively.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-framing, and hypothesis-driven analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with a talent for data storytelling.
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to adapt quickly to new problem spaces.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, startup-style environments.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with modern AI/LLM tools and workflows.
• Prior experience configuring or extending agent-based or automated analytics systems.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data engineering concepts.
• Understanding of manufacturing and/or energy-related industrial challenges.
