- Experience in deploying and monitoring web applications in AWS.
- Solid experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting UNIX/Linux based environments.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, SonarQube, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Strong understanding of Git, pull requests, and modern SCM practices.
- Strong scripting skills, including shell, Perl, Ruby, Python, Go, Groovy, Helm, etc.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure testing strategies.
- Experience with systems reliability, load balancing, monitoring, logging.
- Experience with fully automating CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, from code commits to production.
- Develop, document, and implement CI/CD strategy for management of Infrastructure as Code IaC baseline.
- Advanced or Fluent English skills (high capacity to interact with other teams).
- Collaborate with the overall ADP DevOps Community to understand, develop and enhance ADP enterprise DevOps capabilities.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
- Create scripts and/or templates to automate and/or bootstrap infrastructure provisioning and management tasks.
- Working closely with our development team to create an automated continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) system.
- Monitor and support all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Contribute to the design of information and operational support systems.
- Evaluate application performance, identify potential bottlenecks, develop solutions, and implement them with the help of developers.
- Take care of OS Patching and other requirements.
- Self-guided worker: capable of working with different product teams with little supervision after the initial learning period.
- Strong collaboration skills: ability to establish good relationships with the customers.
- Developer empathy: ability to empathize with developers, by being flexible in solution design without compromising best practices and standards.
- Improvisation (lateral thinking): the ability to think across disciplines and existing boundaries (technologies/business/geographies).
- Research: an inclination to continuous research inside and outside of the current focus fields.
- You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
