- Workload: 6 hours per day

- Location: Onsite – São Paulo

- Conduct outreach to potential leads via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Book meetings for our sales team and maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities
- Manage and update our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) to ensure accurate tracking of prospects and clients
- Assist in building sales proposals and pitch decks
- Support in preparing and participating in client presentations
- Learn and implement automation workflows to increase sales efficiency
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to align sales efforts with campaigns
- Students from 2nd year onward (Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related fields)
- Interest or basic knowledge in digital marketing or sales processes
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese (English or Spanish is a plus)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pandadoc, etc.)
- Passion for growth, performance, and working in a dynamic environment
