Program Overview:
  • Duration: Up to 2 years, with potential for full-time hire
  • Workload: 6 hours per day
  • Openings: 4 positions
  • Start Date: September 1, 2025
  • Location: Onsite – São Paulo
Key Dates:

What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct outreach to potential leads via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Book meetings for our sales team and maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities
  • Manage and update our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) to ensure accurate tracking of prospects and clients
  • Assist in building sales proposals and pitch decks
  • Support in preparing and participating in client presentations
  • Learn and implement automation workflows to increase sales efficiency
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to align sales efforts with campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
  • Students from 2nd year onward (Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related fields)
  • Interest or basic knowledge in digital marketing or sales processes
  • Strong communication skills in Portuguese (English or Spanish is a plus)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pandadoc, etc.)
  • Passion for growth, performance, and working in a dynamic environment
