- Facilitate cross-cultural communication to mitigate misunderstandings and align local execution with HQ strategies.
- Project & Operational Support: Track critical path milestones for factory setup (permits, equipment installation, recruitment) and report progress to the GM.
- Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and data analysis for GMs decision-making.
- Local Team Integration: Coordinate onboarding/training programs for local staff to instill company values and operational standards.
- Organize cross-functional meetings to resolve bottlenecks and drive collaboration.
- External Stakeholder Engagement: Assist the GM in liaising with local government agencies, suppliers, and community partners.
- Manage logistics for HQ delegations visiting the factory site.
- Administrative Leadership: Oversee the GMs schedule, prioritize meetings, and manage confidential documents.
- Anticipate operational risks and propose proactive solutions.
- Qualification: Cross-Cultural Fluency Fluent Portuguese and Chinese (written & spoken) with proven ability to mediate communication between HQ, expatriate leadership, and local teams.
- Project Experience in Industrial Setup 3+ years supporting C-suite/GM-level executives; priority given to candidates with manufacturing plant launch/expansion experience overseas.
- Executive Support Excellence Expertise in complex calendar management, executive briefing preparation (PPT/Excel), and handling confidential data.
