Let's make history together?We are looking for a Strategic Pricing Manager to help drive our monetization engine across all commercial segments, ensuring profitability, competitiveness, and scalability. This role sits within the Revenue Management team of our Commercial Excellence & RevOps organization and plays a central role in shaping our pricing positioning and enabling sales performance.You will act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Leadership, partnering closely on complex deals and pricing decisions, while also leading scalable frameworks and governance processes.   • Lead strategic pricing initiatives that drive profitable growth and customer value.
  • Serve as a thought partner to Sales and Commercial leadership on deal structuring and pricing strategies.
  • Design and evolve scalable pricing models, monetization structures, and approval frameworks.
  • Build playbooks and pricing guidelines to promote agility, consistency, and compliance.
  • Define and implement approval flows and governance mechanisms across regions and segments.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer data to inform pricing strategy.
  • Drive pricing readiness for new products, commercial initiatives, and segments.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Legal, Enablement, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution.

What You Bring
  • Experience in pricing, revenue strategy, deal desk, or commercial operations - ideally in fintech, SaaS, or payments, with a deep understanding of B2B pricing strategy.
  • Proven ability to advise Sales and influence deal outcomes at scale.
  • Strong track record of building pricing models and operational frameworks.
  • Experience managing teams or mentoring analysts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in English, financial modeling, and pricing tools (e.g. CPQ, Excel, SQL is a plus).
