Objective of the role
The Finance Analyst will play a key role in supporting the analysis and structuring of financing transactions, assessing market rates, debt and equity alternatives, and applying advanced financial models. The position is expected to contribute to the design of financial strategies aligned with corporate goals, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality decision-making.Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models for corporate and project transactions, including the use of financing Model A.
  • Review and validate financial models prepared by external advisors, ensuring consistency with company assumptions and industry best practices.
  • Analyse and validate technical and financial assumptions together with specialised teams, assessing their impact on results.
  • Conduct market rate analysis and evaluate its effect on projects and financing structures.
  • Assess financing options (debt and equity), supporting the structuring and negotiation of alternatives.
  • Support capital raising processes (debt and equity), including the preparation of financial materials, participation in due diligence, and interaction with investors and financial institutions.
  • Prepare and contribute to capital presentations for investors, the board of directors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (technical, legal, commercial) and external advisors to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Conduct market and risk analysis to support investment and financing decisions.
  • Prepare financial reports, presentations, and executive summaries for management, investors, and other relevant audiences.
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally in investment banking, M&A, and/or debt financing.
  • Advanced skills in financial modelling and analytical tools.
  • Fluency in English and Portugues (mandatory).
  • Spanish is a plus
