ABB, a global technology leader, is seeking a Product Technician to support products for control and protection of electric motors and Safety portfolio. In this role, you will provide technical support to marketing and sales teams, contribute to product launches, perform market analyses, and deliver training, playing a key role in customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.Your responsibilitiesProvide technical support to marketing, sales, and other internal teams for the launch and sale of products, systems, and services.Contribute to customer satisfaction by identifying technical solutions for low-complexity demands, aligned with the area’s strategic planning.Clarify technical questions, supporting the definition of commercial targets and product performance analysis.Contribute to the definition and preparation of marketing plans and tools to support the business.Deliver and develop technical training for internal teams and customers.Prepare market analyses and studies on products and competitors, sharing insights with relevant teams.Your backgroundCompleted technical education in electrical, electronics, mechatronics, control and automation, or related areas.Basic knowledge of low/medium voltage equipment.Familiarity with market analysis activities – history, trends, and behavior.​Nice to haveExperience with the product, system, or service lifecycle.Familiarity with market analysis, historical data, trends, and behavior.What we offerHybrid work model.Collaborative and innovative environment.Contact with major clients and significant projects.Opportunities for continuous learning and development.
