- Define the program (mission, vision, philosophy), set goals, analyze data, and drive improvements quantified by metrics
- Lead the implementation of IWP Caps and Forecasting processes in Brazil, adapting best practices to the local context
- Understand business problems, automation limitations, Scaling Factors, technological constraints, and the context of leadership decisions to drive the program
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal business partners
- Oversee gaps between teams, processes, and systems
- Identify and mitigate business risks before they become obstacles
- Ensure critical path timelines are met, resource needs are understood, and project priorities are visible to Senior Management
- Work closely with operations, product, and engineering teams to identify root causes and solve complex problems related to improving system functionality and reliability
- Collaborate with BI analysts and engineers on planning and analysis to build analytical solutions that achieve business objectives
Trans Execution BR is a team that explores new approaches and ways of working at Amazon Logistics, offering scalable solutions to operate increasingly complex and growing last mile delivery networks. Trans Execution BR is responsible for critical processes such as Capacity Planning, Scheduling, Forecasting, and On Road Management, with the vision of continuously transforming these processes in a scalable manner.
In Brazil, we are building the IWP Caps and Forecasting team and are looking for a Program Manager to lead this expansion.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of BI analytics, reporting or visualization tools like Tableau, AWS QuickSight, Cognos or other third-party tools
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
- Experience engaging, verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Speak, write, and read fluently in EnglishPreferred Qualifications- Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent
- Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent
