- The goal is to strengthen the brand's digital presence, increase relevance, and foster authentic connections with the community through influencer activations and compelling social media storytelling.
- Responsibilities:Assist in developing and implementing public relations strategies focused on increasing brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to draft press releases and briefing materials for launches and key products.
- Align social media strategies with the broader marketing calendar and business goals.
- Ensure the brand's voice and identity are consistently reflected across all platforms.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage across online publications, magazines, blogs, and social media, using available tools.
- Coordinate interviews, events, and product launches, ensuring efficient and successful execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support public relations crisis management by responding promptly and effectively to media and public inquiries.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all external communications.
- Prepare performance reports to assess the impact of PR activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Requirements:Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Previous experience through internships or similar roles, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of social media culture, digital trends, and content performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Hands-on knowledge of media monitoring and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with key concepts and trends in public relations and digital marketing.
- Proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a plus.
