  • This role ensures alignment with the global communication strategy while responding quickly to local cultural moments, trends, and platform dynamics.
  • The goal is to strengthen the brand's digital presence, increase relevance, and foster authentic connections with the community through influencer activations and compelling social media storytelling.
  • Responsibilities:Assist in developing and implementing public relations strategies focused on increasing brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to draft press releases and briefing materials for launches and key products.
  • Align social media strategies with the broader marketing calendar and business goals.
  • Ensure the brand's voice and identity are consistently reflected across all platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage across online publications, magazines, blogs, and social media, using available tools.
  • Coordinate interviews, events, and product launches, ensuring efficient and successful execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Support public relations crisis management by responding promptly and effectively to media and public inquiries.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all external communications.
  • Prepare performance reports to assess the impact of PR activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Requirements:Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Previous experience through internships or similar roles, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of social media culture, digital trends, and content performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Hands-on knowledge of media monitoring and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with key concepts and trends in public relations and digital marketing.
  • Proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a plus.
