  • Collaborate with diverse clients on a wide range of projects, varying in size, complexity, and objectives.
  • Direct intricate Clinical Trial Logistics projects with significant complexity, suggesting tactics, overcoming hurdles, and presenting answers.
  • Independently plan and implement strategic, or high-impact projects for clients.
  • Manage several projects concurrently, from initial planning to completion.
  • Establish uniformity among tools and documents in the project management sector.
  • Ensure services contracted and budgeted for each project are accurately billed, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Manage the flow of opportunities and divide client duties with the Project Management team.
  • Aid the Project Management team in implementing fresh procedures, systems, and other tasks associated with the domain.
  • Support in forecasting logistics and financial outcomes for current and future projects within the area.
  • Effectively engage in communication with both the team and clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their requirements.
  • Set up and supervise the financial aspects of projects, ensuring accurate budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Aid in the orientation of new recruits for the Client Services department, delivering training and assistance.
  • Maintain data integrity by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all project documentation and reporting.
  • Function as an authority in Client Services operations, delivering mentorship and expertise to team members and clients alike.
  • Collaborate with the Global Project Manager for follow-up.
  • Manage regional projects, ensuring alignment with regional goals and standards.
Qualifications:Education Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics operations, health administration, or related fields.
  • Project Management certification (preferred).
Experience:
  • Demonstrated background in project management, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector or Clinical Trials.
  • Proven experience acceptable with an advanced degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Proficiencies:
  • Understanding of clinical trial phases and processes.
  • Experience in Logistics and Clinical Trials.
  • Strong skills in project management from project initiation to completion.
  • Effective management of customer expectations.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
