  • Be accountable for the brands financial performance and be a key partner to Category Growth teams;
  • Be part of a cross functional team that drives positive business outcomes for brands and categories managed;
  • Be exposed to a very dynamic environment, working in close partnership with Local Business team members.
Key Results / Accountabilities:Act as a Business Partner for Category Growth teams:
  • Provide category growth teams with analysis and evaluation of business costs and opportunities for improvements,
  • Partner with brands teams on product changes including product launch, line extension and range deletion.
  • Promote strategic decision making within the Product Management Review forum to ensure aligned financial projections with clear risk and opportunities to be acted upon.
Focus on A&P performance:
  • Manage P&L per brand: follow up the evolution of the brand P&L to support the business performance and ensure the right return on investments;
  • Carry responsibility for efficient cost allocation and optimization by providing financial input on Return on Investments;
  • Evaluate brand & category performance in terms of Sales, Pricing, Operating expenses, Headcount, thereby providing financial assessments allowing management to make informed business decisions;
  • Undertake analysis on performance vs. budget and market trends including share of voice/share of spend and provide recommended actions to stakeholders.
Lead budget & forecast:
  • Lead the financial processes in actual and forecast/budget periods with the CHC BU for A&P costs;
  • Lead Strategic Planning process, assessing the long-term strategy of the business, considering all relevant internal and external driving factors;
  • Challenge Business assumptions and ensure consistency of the forecasts from a finance standpoint;
  • Monitor against forecasts and identify risks and opportunities;
  • Participate actively and lead BUs in forecast and budget preparation;
  • Identify assumptions underlying the Business plan (such as market, inflation, remuneration, prices, organization, projects, and costs) and challenge to ensure consistency across the company;
  • Perform effective cost-controlling and ensure quality of information communicated to the various Business managers.
Perform other finance tasks:
  • Ensure a comprehensive compliance with all internal control and financial/accounting principles within his/her perimeter;
  • Identify and request or perform Masterdata management in systems;
  • Lead ad hoc projects.
Requisitos:Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.Background in finance, sales, sales closing, and provisions control;Experience with commercial policy and pricing schemes;Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Required Skills:- Advanced/Fluent English;- SAP system;- Power BI;- Advanced Excel.
