Job DescriptionHybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu)What You'll Do (Responsibilities):Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of quality materials.Cost Management: Analyze market trends, manage budgets, and seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains and resolve any issuesBudget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage procurement budgets.
Ensure all purchasing activities are within budgetary constraints and report on budget performanceTechnical Cost Reductions: Identify and implement technical cost reduction strategies, such as process improvements,
product redesigns, and supplier collaboration to reduce overall procurement costsInventory Management: Support suply chain team to inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage stock to prevent shortages or excessYour Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
  • Bachelor degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field
  • Advanced or fluent English
  • Experience with direct purchasing
  • Availability to work in São Caetano do Sul/SP
