As a Project Manager focused on Offering Development, you’ll orchestrate go-to-market readiness across Sales, Solutioning, and Delivery. This includes management and presentations to executive stakeholders.Rapidly learn new offerings and translate them into delivery materials and enablement assets.Use Portfolio-approved templates to create first-pass documentation for review and refinement by Offering Owners.Conduct interviews with sellers, solution architects, and delivery leads to gather feedback.Monitor KPIs such as offer adoption, pipeline velocity, and internal usability.Partner with marketing and enablement to refine value propositions and activation plans.Ensure delivery materials are standardized, scalable, and aligned with Microsoft priorities.Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation of project management and productized offering development best practices.Manage product backlogs and prioritize enhancements based on business value.Job QualificationsSkills and Experiences:Experience in project management, supporting offering development or solution enablement.Strong ability to learn complex solutions quickly and translate them into usable assets.Experience managing requirements and aligning stakeholders across functions.Comfortable leading workshops and applying design-thinking methodologies to guide diverse stakeholder alignment.Familiarity with Microsoft solution areas and co-sell motions preferred.Proficient in tools like Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, or similar.Strong communication and synthesis skills across technical and business audiences.English language proficiency (verbal and written) required for global collaboration..
