- Provide guidance and specialized knowledge to People Organization teams in the country to operationalize the administration and delivery of Human Resources, ensuring consistency and meeting local regulatory requirements when necessary.
- Be responsible for developing and executing continuous improvement initiatives in the region to standardize processes, identify efficiencies, and drive the reach of global/regional operations.
- Act as a point of contact for raising non-routine issues from managers and colleagues who need leadership input. Raise to Centers of Excellence (COEs) or People Business Partners (People BPs) as needed.
- Be responsible for developing and implementing self-sufficiency initiatives for employees/managers in the region, including supporting the ongoing implementation of Workday functionality in collaboration with global IT.
- Support the country's People Organization teams in maintaining compliance with HR policies, local labor laws, and regulations.
- Implement and monitor service delivery standards and Agreements.
- Collaborate with functional resources (IT, Global Centers of Excellence, People Business Partners, regional/national leaders, etc.).
- Work in partnership with People Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and National Leaders to implement new delivery processes in the region and/or with the support of global/regional operations.
- Act as a point of contact for feedback and input from regional and national Business Leaders on the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery nationwide.
