Participate on RCAs of issues and ensure that documentations and fixes are applied. Your responsibilities will include Ensure maintenance and optimization of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and Data Center), maintaining high availability, performance, and security. Manage vendors and its service levels, including telecommunications, cabling contracts and network related services, ensuring KPIs according to SLAs. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Exp: 5 years in IT with 3+ years of experience in Network role, including practical experience with troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks and Data Center environments. Expertise of Cisco network equipment (routing/switching), Firewalls (Palo Alto desirable), SD-WAN (Velocloud Edge desirable), and Corporate Wi-Fi (Juniper Mist desirable). Proficient in ITSM processes (Incident, Change and Problem Management). Proficient in ServiceNow to attend and perform day-to-day activities. Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical teams and leaderships. Analytical skills for interpreting data and supporting report generation. Advanced proficiency in English for reading, writing, and conversation. Experience in coordinating third-party technical support. Experience in leading infrastructure projects. Certified Network Administration for CISCO. Experience in usage of monitoring tools Eg. DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics.
