- This position involves executing and monitoring all flows related to the pricing of service contracts and warranty extensions for Brazil/Mexico and Dealers Export in LATAM.
- The Service Sales Specialist is responsible for developing the service business in LATAM and supporting the Service/Sales team.
- Responsibilities include selling warranty extensions, service contracts, developing the core service portfolio, and collaborating with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Service Delivery teams to enhance customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention.
- This role also involves establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and distribution channels, providing pre- and post-sales consulting to increase market share, revenue, and profitability in line with business strategies.
