Req ID: 27100Overview and ResponsibilitiesPURPOSE:The IT General Controls and Audit Support Analyst plays a critical role in supporting internal and external audit support activities and IT General controls audits by gathering, documenting, and analyzing data related to IT systems, processes, and controls. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with IT, audit teams, and other stakeholders.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Audit Support:
- Assist in IT audit support for Sarbanes Oxley and statutory audits
- Assist in User Access Reviews analysis
- Work closely with auditors to provide requested data, reports, and documentation in a timely manner.
- Data Gathering & Reporting:
- Collect and organize data and reports from various IT systems to support audit and IT General Controls activities.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of data and reports provided to auditors.
- Document audit-related processes, controls, and findings.
- Documentation Management:
- Maintain and organize audit support documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Update and maintain IT control documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with IT teams to ensure systems and processes are compliant with applicable standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external auditors to clarify data and resolve inquiries.
- Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
- Assist in monitoring compliance with IT-related regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, ITAR, etc.).
- Identify opportunities to enhance IT processes to align with regulatory and audit requirements.
- English proficiency: this position reports to corporate in USA, English fluency is a requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and other reporting platforms.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and reports.
- Knowledge of IT systems, controls, and audit processes. Knowledge of Active Directory and/or SAP security is a plus.
- Familiarity with audit software and data analytics tools a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Certification in IT Audit or Compliance (e.g., CISA, CRISC) is a plus.
