Data/AI Engineer (Blueshift Consultant)

• This role will primarily serve as a Sales Engineer, providing technical expertise during sales calls and helping prospects understand the value of our data-driven solutions.
• Key Responsibilities Join sales calls as the technical expert, answering customer questions and providing deep product and data/AI insights.
• Support the sales team in designing solutions that align with client needs.
• Deliver demos, proof-of-concepts, and presentations tailored to prospects.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a smooth handoff of technical requirements.
• Advise on best practices and integration paths for customers exploring data/AI solutions.
• Qualifications Strong background in Data/AI, personalization, or customer data platforms (CDPs).
• Hands-on experience with BlueShift is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales capacity.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working fractionally on a per-hour, on-demand basis.
