Accounting Manager

• This position plays a critical role in supervising, training, and guiding the accounting team, while ensuring accuracy in reporting, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
• Key Responsibilities: - Review and prepare consolidated financial statements (internal and external) - Maintain general ledger entries and reconcile accounts - Develop and implement efficient accounting procedures - Respond to accounting inquiries through data analysis and interpretation - Collaborate with firm during year-end audit - Lead the month-end close process and related financial analysis - Maintain effective communication across departments on accounting matters - Ensure deep understanding of financial reporting and ledger structures - Analyze income statement accounts on a monthly basis - Prepare balance sheet
