• RESPONSIBILITIES: Led a team to identify and drive improvement opportunities across multiple production lines, enhancing operational capacity and overall performance (cycle time management).
• Define workshops opportunities, kaizens, bottlenecks, rework, and improvement opportunities to support capacity enhancement.
• Conduct process mapping with operational and administrative areas to highlight opportunities.
• Structure, lead, and monitor continuous improvement projects with clear timelines and measurable goals.
• Apply methodologies such as PDCA, DMAIC, and A3 for analysis and solution implementation.
• Develop dashboards and management reports for capacity and cycle time management.
• Assist in the implementation of technologies aimed at process automation and digitization and Technological research.
• Collaborate with departments such as IT, Production, Quality, and HR to integrate innovative solutions.
• REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree (minimum) in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in manufacturing, production, or operational improvement roles, demonstrating a proven track record of driving efficiency and capacity enhancements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on identifying bottlenecks, optimizing processes, and implementing sustainable improvements.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams, effectively coordinating efforts across multiple departments to achieve operational goals.
