Your responsibilities will include Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans specifically for raw material procurement and manufacturing operations within Brazil and Argentina. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance trends, cost reduction achievements, risks, and opportunities. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to material costs, manufacturing efficiency, and overall cost reduction targets. Evaluate the financial impact of process improvements, automation initiatives, and technology investments within manufacturing. Evaluate the financial viability of new projects and product launches, focusing on cost-benefit analysis. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align financial goals with operational execution and drive a culture of cost consciousness. Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, systems, and reporting within the Bill of Materials and Manufacturing. Design, implement, and monitor robust internal controls over financial reporting (including SOX compliance) related to Materials and Manufacturing activities. Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and external financial regulations. Lead or participate in internal and external audits, specifically addressing SOX and other regulatory requirements. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or a related quantitative field. 10 years+ of progressive experience in finance roles, operations finance, or manufacturing finance. Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting, financial analysis, and modeling within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures, raw material costing, and manufacturing processes. Proven track record of identifying and driving significant cost reduction initiatives. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proven Leadership skills, building and nurturing high-performing teams through talent identification, fostering positive environments, coaching and motivating individuals to ensure growth and career progression, as well as delegation and conflict management skills to foster a collaborative atmosphere English advanced/ fluent. Master's degree (MBA) or professional certification (CRC, CPA, CMA). Experience in a high-volume, complex manufacturing environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic setting. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial and operational challenges. Advanced proficiency in Data Analytics, Data Lake and Microsoft Excel (including complex financial modeling) and financial reporting tools. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
