- Responsible for working within the Sales team to achieve quarterly revenue targets and other commercial objectives by marketing, sales and account management teams.
- Partnering with other sales team members to deliver the strategic and tactical plan for revenue growth.
- Ongoing track and evaluate all data points and always test new initiatives to learn what moves the needle.
- Be hands on, work on, and win, your own key opportunities and personally assist individual team members to win theirs.
- Work with what you have, or find work-arounds, to get the job done independently of tools, systems, processes or other resources in the being available or not
- 5-7 years experience with proven revenue sales / growth within a large scale B2B Fintech/SaaS environment, preferably with Crypto/Blockchain sales experience.
- Strong track record of sales for Fintech, SaaS, or other complex systems ($250K-1MM+)
- Manage and maintain a reliable pipeline and lead funnel process.
- Participate in strategy of new product ideas and estimating reliable revenue impact
- Energized and engaged about opportunities to sell
- Proven ability to execute on a revenue growth strategy
- Fintech/SaaS technology sales background
- Strong understanding of Tech, ability to interact with C-Suite of prospects(i.e. CEO & CTO) when necessary
- Exceptional Communication and conceptual thinking skills.
- Passionate about the Crypto and Blockchain space.
- Must be fluent in English.
