- Qualification Required: Degree MBA / business analytics / economics and / Mathematics 6 -10 years of experience in Consumer Insights/Shopper Insights/ Business Analytics with a minimum of 2 years in FMCG/CPG business Must have skills: Deep understanding of structured business problem solving approaches.
- First principles approach to problem solving.
- Understanding of CPG business landscape and key analytics solutions in the industry.
- Strong understanding of investment vehicles, ROIs, Marketing investment and other drivers.
- Understanding of Nielsen/IRI data and metrics and Household Panel data.
- Understanding of consumer and shopper data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional quotient in stakeholder management.
- Demonstrate ability to quickly understand new concepts especially in field of analytics Preferred skills: Marketing Analytics background in FMCG domain Understanding of Econometrics models [Optional] Understanding of various machine learning algorithms (e.
