Preparar estimativas de tempo para processos e avaliação dos fatores que afetem o tempo na área Teste e Montagem, propondo e promovendo acertos no layout das áreas de manufatura, sugerindo sistemas de engenharia de manufatura para tender as exigências do cliente relativas à qualidade e meio ambiente;Elaborar e assegurar acuracidade das instruções operacionais de trabalhos e auxílios visuais, além de suas disponibilidades, acionando o superior imediato tão logo se depare com um problema que não consiga resolver ou até mesmo que julgue necessário, trabalhando com fornecedores locais para desenvolvimento de Jigs/Dispositivos;Elaborar proposta de curva de aprendizagem para introdução de novos produtos e/ou rebalanceamento da manufatura, sem comprometer a qualidade e plano de produção, participando de projetos de redução de custos e aumento de produtividade, apoiando a Gestão de Engenharia com informações dos processos e propor melhorias, participando das atividades de introdução de novos produtos referentes ao processo de Teste e Montagem, executando os planos de manutenção corretiva e preventiva, zelando pela organização da fábrica utilizando ferramentas adotadas pela empresa;Monitorar a capacidade instalada, com base na demanda e recursos disponíveis;Controlar as atividades de calibração de equipamentos.You Belong HereHARMAN is committed to making every employee feel welcomed, valued, and empowered.
