Requisito:Business Development Manager – TemuTemu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. - Proactively recruit and develop effective local partnerships with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands. Focus on category selections to increase overall value, in alignment with business and customer needs.
- Assist merchandise partners in establishing themselves on the platform and in their growth. Guide partners in developing comprehensive plans including market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and operational strategies.
- Propose innovative ideas based on the current status of the categories, and create and implement projects through resource integration and merchant guidance.
- Conduct industry analysis reports, explore potential customer needs through data analysis, and adjust strategies accordingly based on market trends.
- 5+ years of operational experience, including but not limited to experience in brand management or platform operations.
- Extensive connections and relationships with local seller and vendor networks is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills, able to analyze industry trends and project management through data, and summarize conclusions.
- Possesses market exploration and marketing innovation capabilities, capable of guiding overall merchant marketing plans.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, self‑motivation, ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changes.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage logistics during high‑demand periods.
- Maintain relationships with merchants and users on the platform.
- Develop and expand new merchant clients.
- Review and approve merchant applications.
- Conduct market research.
- Assist with other related operational tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 2 years of relevant P2P work experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Familiar with internet platform resource management processes and possess basic data analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work well under pressure.
- 1–3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a SaaS company. Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully generating good‑quality leads, especially C‑level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Know your way around CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data providers (Apollo, Lusha).
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and a team player.
- Competitive, setting personal benchmarks and surpassing them regularly.
- Prospecting: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo) to identify the right accounts and contacts within our target market.
- Lead qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on specific criteria, ensuring they align with our ideal customer profile.
- Lead generation: Multi‑channel outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, looms, etc.) to reach potential clients and book introductory meetings with the sales team.
- Relationship building: Build rapport and establish trust with prospects, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Pipeline development: Contribute to the sales pipeline by consistently generating qualified leads and opportunities.
- CRM hygiene: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all activities and interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Continuous learning: Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscapes to enhance your outreach.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Develop and execute business development strategies across Latin America (Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, etc.).
- Identify and onboard local KOLs, communities, affiliates, trading groups, and channel partners.
- Drive user acquisition and increase trading volume in the region.
- Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with key partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide insights to internal teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to improve local growth strategy.
- 1–3 years of experience in BD / Sales / Partnerships (crypto experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of the LatAm crypto ecosystem.
- Existing network of KOLs / communities is a strong plus.
- Result‑oriented with strong execution ability.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Performance‑based commission (linked to trading volume / KOL performance).

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Build long‑term relationships with new and existing KOL/clients.
- Open to fresh graduates or part‑time Business Development.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and passionate about achieving results.
- A good understanding of crypto markets is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential.
