
Order to Cash (O2C) Finance Manager LATAM

- Oral and written communication in English. Spanish is desirable.
- Experience in billing, cash applications, collections and project management
- Develop and execute strategies aligned with global and regional goals
- Drive KPIs like DSO, collection effectiveness, and bad debt reduction
- Lead process standardization, digital transformation, and technology adoption
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and billing
- Manage team performance, develop talent, and foster high performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Monitor metrics, ensure compliance, and lead audits
- Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
- Build strong relationships with clients, payment providers, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to lead, oversee, motivate and manage people in a Customer Service and O2C environment;
- Improves processes & systems;
- English - Advanced (required)
- Spanish - Intermediate/Advanced;
- Cross-cultural communication skills;
- Highly organised, diligent with attention to detail and the ability to maintain these skills whilst workingunder pressure;
- Leadership and change management capabilities;
- Strong presentation and influencing skills;
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are essential;
- Demonstrable success in improving Order to Cash service levels;
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of all Order to Cash processes including best practices, people,processes and technology;
- Knowledge of ORACLE ERP system (differential);
- A track record of continuous professional and management development;
- 7 years relevant Order to Cash experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role;
- Knowledge of lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
