  • Prospect and engage with new potential clients aligned with the company's OKRs;
  • Validate business opportunities by qualifying leads before passing them on to the Sales team, ensuring stronger engagement of potential clients within PagBrasil's sales cycle;
  • Develop and refine communication strategies to be used autonomously with potential clients;
  • Compile and analyze data on your pipeline and performance metrics on a regular basis, focusing on self-management and knowledge sharing with colleagues;
  • Present pipeline data and responsibilities during team ceremonies and individual sessions with stakeholders strategically involved in your development;
  • Continuously study and apply new sales techniques to improve prospecting and client engagement;
  • Stay up to date with the e-commerce, payments, and technology markets through ongoing research and learning;
  • Actively participate in team ceremonies and meetings, contributing with insights and suggestions for process and technique improvements;
  • Mentor new New Business Representatives, supporting their onboarding and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Advanced English;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
  • Strong writing skills;
  • Solid computer literacy;
  • Passion for processes/routines and a continuous drive to improve them.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in the fintech or payments industry;
  • Advanced Spanish.
