- Prospect and engage with new potential clients aligned with the company's OKRs;
- Validate business opportunities by qualifying leads before passing them on to the Sales team, ensuring stronger engagement of potential clients within PagBrasil's sales cycle;
- Develop and refine communication strategies to be used autonomously with potential clients;
- Compile and analyze data on your pipeline and performance metrics on a regular basis, focusing on self-management and knowledge sharing with colleagues;
- Present pipeline data and responsibilities during team ceremonies and individual sessions with stakeholders strategically involved in your development;
- Continuously study and apply new sales techniques to improve prospecting and client engagement;
- Stay up to date with the e-commerce, payments, and technology markets through ongoing research and learning;
- Actively participate in team ceremonies and meetings, contributing with insights and suggestions for process and technique improvements;
- Mentor new New Business Representatives, supporting their onboarding and professional development.
- Advanced English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
- Strong writing skills;
- Solid computer literacy;
- Passion for processes/routines and a continuous drive to improve them.
- Experience in the fintech or payments industry;
- Advanced Spanish.
