US Market Strategy & Positioning: Lead go-to-market planning and execution in North America, identifying high-potential verticals and clients (focusing on Energy, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and FSI). Drive brand visibility and thought leadership across key innovation ecosystems.
Business Development & Sales: Build and convert a pipeline of corporate innovation and digital transformation opportunities. Lead the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing-with mid-to-large (above $100M in revenue) enterprise clients.
Strategic Partnerships: Develop relationships with corporate leaders, venture arms, startup accelerators, and innovation hubs. Co-create programs and initiatives that align partner needs with the company's capabilities.
Client Success & Account Growth: Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts.
Ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth through value-driven delivery and ongoing engagement.
Program Oversight & Execution: Support the execution of innovation programs, ensuring they meet strategic, financial, and delivery standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience.
Team Leadership: Coach and support a small team of innovation consultants and project managers. Set goals, encourage ownership, and foster a culture of performance and collaboration.
Thought Leadership & Events: Represent the company at conferences, panels, and media engagements. Share insights and trends that position us as a leader in innovation and corporate transformation.
B2B Sales Excellence: You've successfully sold high-value services or solutions to corporate clients and know how to navigate complex buying cycles.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: You're comfortable crafting go-to-market strategies and growth plans backed by insight and execution.
Innovation Ecosystem Experience: You understand the dynamics of corporate innovation, startup collaboration, and the venture/startup landscape.
Relationship-Driven: You build lasting relationships with clients and partners, and thrive on trust and value creation.
