- Lead the regional marketing strategy, responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing marketing programs and initiatives to support the commercial organization.
- Develop regional marketing plans, in close partnership with the global marketing organization and regional sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Design, manage and evaluate marketing campaigns with an external marketing agency, considering language, local norms and market nuances.
- Develop clear goals and monitor campaign performance to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Review material translation to Portuguese and Spanish for both print and digital media.
- Manage budgets for marketing to maximize return on investment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage literature revisions and the development of new literature pieces.
- Assist in the management of trade show preparation and presence.
- Manage the development and implementation of region-specific customer communications.
- Track and analyze performance metrics of ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
- Create and manage social media engagement strategies.
- Organize and coordinate marketing events such as product launches, sales meetings, distributor meetings, trade shows, and webinars to engage customers and generate leads.
- Understand country-specific regulatory requirements, ensuring marketing materials are aligned with key regulatory parameters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication related field.
- Experience in a similar Business-to-Business Marketing role, preferably in the Biotechnology industry.
- Previous experience in a marketing role responsible for the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish; written and verbal.
- Knowledge in project management, including planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritizing and managing multiple projects at one time.
- Strong technical and market knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate and resolve issues
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong/advanced presentation skills; ability to present and explain product information to all audiences
- Proven ability to work in and lead teams which are highly matrixed, cross functional and technical.
- Financial acumen and budget management skills
- Proficiency in MS office applications–with strong/advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
