  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
  • 3 years of experience working in a matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

  • Provide technical leadership on projects.
  • Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
  • Collaborate with partner engineering and cross-functional teams, as well as other partner organizations to develop new capabilities and build and launch features.
  • Mentor and review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
