Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant — ITSM / CSM / App Engine

- Contract Duration: Immediate Start — December 2026
- Hours: 36–40 hours per week (~1,440 total hours)
- Language: Portuguese and English (both required)
- Work Authorization: Not required
- Configure and develop solutions across ITSM, CSM, and App Engine modules
- Produce advanced scripting solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Share knowledge and ServiceNow leading practices with the client's internal team
- Participate in sprint delivery cycles and Agile ceremonies as required
- Provide technical guidance and support to platform administrators
- Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with platform governance standards
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in a technical capacity
- Strong working knowledge of ITSM, CSM, and App Engine
- Advanced scripting skills on the ServiceNow platform
- Active ServiceNow certification (CSA as a minimum)
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English
- Experience working with government sector clients is advantageous
