- Support a seasoned sales executive team during the sales cycle as a facilitator, working collaboratively with the internal stakeholders and related process.
- Engage across multiple teams to support on critical sales process steps, such as: Customer data, sales processes, marketing initiatives and upcoming industry events, and new customers initiatives.
- Tracking systems information, supporting on forecasting pipeline accuracy, CRM hygiene and sales execution. Follow up and analysis of pipeline management, deal review, and deal qualification.
- Provide relevant and meaningful data and insights regarding a defined set of key accounts from internal sources/systems and public market data.
- We are looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning with an opportunity to develop a corporate holistic view being in touch with all people involved in a sales cycle process.
- Advanced English communication skills (written & spoken);
- Advanced MS Excel, Power Point skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, so strong communication skill is a must.
- Comfortable in working on a dynamic and complex high-performing sales environment. Be organized is essential to perform.
- Analytical skills: asks the right questions to identify the best solution path.
- Multi-tasking/prioritization skills.
- Team player attitude/empathy: polite, helpful, who enjoys collaborating and have fun.
- Quick learner who can adapt to fast-paced work environments and seek on continuous self-learning. Keen to learn and a positive attitude, even in the face of a challenge.
