- Achieves the targets of volume and distribution for his/her area.
- Ensures the correct implementation of the planned actions in the annual Business Plan.
- Maintains the correct stock levels in the corresponding distribution area.
- Definition of a long-term distribution model for the area.
- Performs the annual investing and sales estimate for each Distributor.
- Is responsible of creating and developing a strong commercial relationship with the Distributors based on a win-win focus.
- Encourages the Distribution Partner Managers to define ad hoc action plans for the distributors in order to ensure the long-term development of the brand.
- Leads the Distributor's Task Forces by focusing on their strengths in order to maximize their performance and potential.
- Analyzes all variables that can affect the development of the brand in the area of responsibility and defines action plans to manage deviations.
- Is responsible for the correct management of the budget and for the control and replacement of the free goods in the area.
- Gathers in a periodical the necessary information from the Distributor's (stocks, global sales, agreed consumptions…) and shares it internally with the people who may be affected.
- Reports periodically about evolution of the Distribution's objectives.
- Bachelor Degree
- Previous experience in commercial area (dealing with distributors)
- People management experience
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Strong communicator and motivator
- Excellent negotiator and influencer
- Advanced English
- Travel 30-40%
