- Accountable for business development and operational results in individual cities, using scientific analysis methods to gather information, formulate, and execute operational strategies, continuously improve new onboarding and operational plans.
- Maintain an end-to-end perspective, quickly identify core frontline issues (BD pain points, merchant pain points, user pain points), promptly communicate feedback to headquarters, integrate resources, and expand business efficiently at low costs.
- Ability to manage teams with diverse cultural backgrounds, establish scientific training mechanisms from BD to BDM, and cultivate international business talents.
- Systematize work experiences, extract methodologies, create standard operating procedures (SOP), and establish end-to-end international business processes.
- Develop detailed execution plans and monitoring mechanisms, control each aspect of operations, and dynamically adjust strategies based on data to ensure expected outcomes.
- Job Requirements Solid background as sales leader.
- Strong experience with sales team management, with a track record of managing large teams.
- Cross-regional multi-city management experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory for international report.
- Strong team collaboration skills, with a willingness to actively share work experience, provide actionable suggestions, and help the team quickly enhance capabilities.
- Open to relocating and working full-time at the office in Rio de Janeiro.
