• Solve customers technical problems and complaints promptly.

• Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists etc in troubleshooting problems.
• 3.
• Run correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer if/as required; Conduct Customer training.
• 4.
• Visit clients regularly and feedback customers' information to sales team.
• 5.
• Participate in regional and national conference calls by updating technical issues.
• 6.
• Other task arranged by the company Requirements1.
• Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would be more preferred.
• 2.
• Minimum 3 years experience worked in IVD Application area, like immunology, biochemistry or molecular, immunology will be preferred; 3.
• Able to use English as working language; 4.
• Good communication skills and hard working.
