- What you'll do:Work side by side with our People Partners - jump into action, solve problems, ship fast.
- Collaborate closely with our People Intelligence Lab - where data, insights, and AI meet to reimagine how we do People.
- Get your hands dirty when it truly matters.
- Help organize unforgettable team-building experiences.
- Build what doesn't exist yet - and rebuild what no longer works.
- Translate chaos into clarity.
- And sometimes, translate clarity into chaos (we like to shake things up).
- What you need to bring to the table:Advanced English - you should feel confident communicating with a global team.
- Based in São Paulo - this role requires some in-person presence, though not full-time at the office.
- A healthy obsession with AI, tech, and new ways of working.
- A doer mindset - no task is too small, no idea too wild.
- Ability to prioritize and move fast - we're building the spaceship while flying it.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills - you'll need to write, talk, pitch, connect.
- Strong opinions, loosely held - you're not afraid to take a stance, but you're flexible when it matters.
- Readiness to jump into whatever needs to be done - if it moves the needle, you're in.
