Principais responsabilidades: Register in the financial system the clients’ transactions, payment settlements, and bank reconciliations within the established deadlines, as well as properly record all operations carried out.Monitor the receipt of the necessary documents for the clients' financial closing process.Prepare and provide the necessary reports for the financial analysis of each client company, including:Accounts receivable and accounts payable report;Cash flow report;Managerial income statement (P&L);Revenue and expense report by cost center.Monitor the transactions in the clients’ bank accounts to ensure accurate registration in the financial systems.Ensure the inclusion of payments in the clients’ bankline system and communicate with them for the release of financial processing.
