All this through an internet platform and our iOS/Android apps.Job DescriptionWe're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented person: someone with a high degree of autonomy and a broad understanding of business and finance. The individual will create and manage relationships with various internal stakeholders. Process layout and optimization people? This is where you belong!🚀 What you will do in this role:
  • Support the revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actuals, trends, and plans;
  • Review and analyze operational and renewal data. Provide insightful variance analysis and recommendations to enable effective decision-making;
  • Participate in regional process improvement initiatives;
  • Demonstrate thought leadership around Sales, Marketing, and CS data processes and operations;
  • Liaise with various internal stakeholders and partners across the organization - we're a global company after all.
Qualifications💪 What makes you a strong fit:
  • Experience with Sales/Customer Success;
  • Extensive usage of HubSpot;
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies;
  • English proficiency - you'll use it daily!
  • Experience working in agile environments.

  • Have experience in tech companies/startups (especially SaaS B2B for SMBs);
  • Possess strong SQL skills;
  • Have interacted with Salesforce;
  • Reside in Curitiba or Rio de Janeiro.
