- Manage commercial strategy and policy locally, maintaining the connection with central team, corporate functions and go to market teams in the Region.
- Drive implementation and communication of all policies to ensure successful rollout and institution of ways of working.
- Define policy reporting and drive governance of commercial policies across the organization in collaboration with Legal Counsel, Audit and Compliance teams.
- Support the achievement of regional sales goals and operating efficiencies. Drive discussions for Go to market review aiming to optimize the cost of sale and increase sales performance.
- Drive global consistency of the sales process and negotiate agreed variances via global process forums.
- Create and maintain the operating rhythm for each business in the Region, ensuring pipeline and forecast management to enforce great discipline within the business management model.
- Education, knowledge and experience in broad-based business management.
- Experience in managing Commercial Policies and processes
- Demonstrated experience and skills in decision making, strategic planning, execution, and communication.
- Proven experience in systems and processes to support customer facing organizations.
- Sales experience or a keen understanding of sales planning, sales processes, and policies.
- Solid technology background coupled with an understanding of Operations and Finance.
- Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
- Must have technical knowledge and work experience with SFDC
