- Analytics: Using internal and external data to bring insights to improve our operation.
- Strategy and Innovation: Being active in chasing opportunities and being propositional in new tests and approaches together with related peers, and rollout projects for execution.
- Supportive : Supporting the launch thresholds construction and pre-launch activities tracking, also to our partners teams, on commercial data and financial routines.
- Ambitious on Target Setting: Understanding business needs and goals, then translating them into targets for the sales team.
- Interpersonal Relationships: Being close to the sales team, handling day-to-day interactions, and maintaining a continuous improvement mindset.
- Focused on Results: Monitoring and reporting on performance.
- Be Resourceful and Priorityze/Guide actions: Taking ownership of B2B growth and doing everything possible to support and enhance the quality of our services and commercial execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration or related areas.
- 5+ years of background with previous experience using data to lead and support commercial business decisions.
- Exceptional skills in leadership, problem solving, analytical thinking and communication.
- Demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and projects at your organization.
- Advanced English.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel.
- Knowledge of SQL or Python.
- Experienced with Financial Planning Cycle (Budget, Forecast, Analysis, Procurement, Provisions, Accounts Payable) and Strateic Planning.
- Previous experience in commercial planning is a plus.
