  • Recent graduates from university
  • Years of experience: Less than 2 years since university graduation (excl. internships)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or a high-level education
  • Language: Proficient in spoken and written English, local language as required based on locations
  • Interest in developing in F&B.
Internal Candidates:
  • Current associates (full-time/ part-time) can also apply for MTP if they meet all requirements above.
  • Years of experience (both internal and external) should be less than 2 years.
