Analyze operational and administrative expenses, identifying cost-saving and resource optimization opportunities.
Develop dashboards and management reports to support decision-making.
Support budget planning, forecasting, and cost control.
Collaborate closely with teams such as Controlling, Accounting, and Procurement.
Lead executive presentations for senior leadership and business units.
Monitor financial KPIs and propose corrective actions when needed.
Ensure data accuracy and standardization of analysis processes.

Must-haves to shine in this role:Solid experience with expense analysis, budgeting, and financial performance.Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning.Excellent communication skills and ability to present data clearly and strategically.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.Proactiveness, sense of urgency, and results-driven mindset.Bonus points if you have:

Experience in large corporations or multinational companies.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, etc.).
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controlling, or related areas.
Intermediate to advanced English skills.
