This role joins our Marketing Analytics team, specifically focused on acting as a "Growth Architect" for our B2C operations. You will be the strategic bridge between global frameworks and regional execution, supporting key markets in Europe and Latin America. As we sprint toward ambitious subscriber targets for 2026, this team is moving from reactive reporting to a proactive, insight-first strategy. You will partner closely with MarTech, Product, and Regional Leadership to build a world-class measurement ecosystem that turns complex data into high-stakes business decisions.YOUR IMPACT
- Drive regional growth by uncovering deep, localized insights for EU and SS Latam that directly improve campaign performance, subscriber acquisition and ultimately ROI.
- Lead the analysis of global market shifts and performance benchmarks to optimize cross-regional initiatives and shape the 2026 growth roadmap.
- Own the transformation of complex data from multiple sources (Data Lake, Looker, Amplitude, Braze) into compelling, executive-ready narratives for C-Suite visibility.
- Partner with MarTech and Product teams to design and refine company-wide attribution models and solve the user reachability gap.
- Establish self-service analytics tools to reduce operational burdens on marketing teams, empowering them to craft their own data-driven stories.
- Collaborate closely with Global Analytics forums to standardize critical KPIs and ensure they align with broader business goals.
- Identify and evaluate AI-powered tools and innovative analytical solutions to enhance our understanding of the B2C ecosystem and user journeys.

- A strategic analytical person with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field and at least 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth, or business intelligence (SaaS or B2C environments preferred).
- An expert in interpreting complex data and a master storyteller, with a strong foundation in SQL, statistical analysis, and business intelligence platforms.
- A deep understanding of B2C marketing funnels, possessing the ability to navigate the entire user journey from paid media touchpoints to CRM engagement and long-term retention.
- Technically proficient with modern stacks, including extensive experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau), web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude) and the Martech ecosystem (Salesforce, Hubspot, CDPs)
- A measurement framework specialist with solid in-depth knowledge of MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling), MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution), and LTV/CAC logic.
- An influential communicator who is fluent or advanced in English and capable of persuading regional leads and global leadership through data-driven narratives.
- A curious and adaptable professional who thrives in balancing global standards with surgical, hyper-local relevance across different geographies.
